Applications:
1. The pressure relief valve is a very easy to control valve which provides accurate control while being easy to install and maintain.
2. The valve can control the back pressure valves, don't need pneumatic or electrical components for control. Proportional valve is a two seat control diaphragm spring loaded valve,which is mainly used in food and beverage, brewing pharmaceutical, chemical and otheir industries.
3. The valve does not require an external pilot line, valve parts in contact with the medium stainless steel and PTFE materials, and therefore have a very excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance, the valve design is completely empty, no dead ends, Suitable for CIP and SIP system
4. The valve change and control pressure range is very simple, no special tools, you can adjust the same applies to repairs and maintenance
5. Outlet pressure control of the entire control unit by a valve spring torque(set pressure),turn the adjusting nut clockwise to increase the outlet pressure, counterclockwise to decrease the outlet pressure.
6. Outlet pressure drop, flow rate also increases, when there is no outlet pressure or minimum pressure valve is fully opened.
